How do coaching sessions work?
We meet over Zoom, once a week.
Choose the time that works best for you each week, and a Zoom link will automatically be emailed to you.
Click on your link at meeting time, and we’ll coach over video.
How do Reiki sessions work?
There’s nothing to do on your part.
I send you healing energy every week using distant Reiki.
How much does coaching cost?
The 6-weeks of time management coaching is an $800 investment, paid in full before your first session.
I also offer 6-months of transformational coaching for $3,000, paid in full before your first session.
